Abstract


In this thesis, including the two parts of the literature review and clinical research. Literature review: in today's society psychosomatic disease incidence increased year by year, the important role of the emotional cause of the disease occurred in a more prominent, more and more physicians emotions pathogenic theory attaches great importance. Emotional factors in terms of breast cancer is particularly important. This paper discusses the aspects from the concept of emotional pathogenic mechanisms as well as characteristics of the high probability of breast cancer patients with mental illness in clinical, by the majority of the attention of scholars, and psychological and social factors affecting the quality of life of patients with breast cancer one of important factors. Therefore, the development with Chinese characteristics suited to China's national conditions, an important method for the survey of breast cancer patients with psychological pain scale study of breast cancer patients. Clinical research: Objective: To investigate the extent of breast cancer patients with psychological distress and related factors. Methods: surgical treatment of breast cancer patients, bearer of psychological distress scale survey of the patients included in the survey include nearly a week of psychological misery index and related factors lead to psychological distress. Results: A total of 95 cases cases were all women, aged 34-78 years old, with varying degrees of psychological distress in patients with breast cancer, resulting in psychological distress factors varies, the interaction between the factors, combined effects. . The survey showed that factors of psychological distress in patients with breast cancer, memory loss factor in the first place, there are 65 cases of patients with memory loss, accounting for 68.42%, followed by sleep disorders in 47 cases, accounting for 49.47%, followed by fatigue factors 39 cases, accounting for 42.05%, and worried about the economic problems of the 30 cases (31.58%), 25 cases of limited mobility, accounting for 26.32%. In summary, the various factors, emotional factors account for a large proportion, but also in practical problems, there is 1/3 of the patients because of fears of economic problems caused by the psychological burden, followed by fatigue, insomnia, gastrointestinal symptoms more obvious. Conclusion: The prevalence of breast cancer patients not only to its cause body damage, but also bring different levels of psychological distress, affecting their quality of life, cause some obstruction to the patient's physical and mental rehabilitation. Lack of a unified scale but for the quality of life of patients with breast cancer, psychological distress, and therefore as soon as possible to develop objective evaluation of breast cancer patients with psychological distress scale is imperative, which will in future clinical targeted patients with psychological intervention to improve the relevant factors that affect their psychological pain, improve the patient's overall quality of life of great help, escort for the physical and mental health of breast cancer patients. In this study, a small sample, the limitations of the survey, therefore, the psychological distress of breast cancer patients, a survey of the quality of life require large sample, multi-center, long-term cohort studies.
