Abstract

Lobular lilac (Syringa Pubescense Turcz) the genus Osmanthus Codding Hong, studies have shown that the medicinal plants antifibrotic pharmacological effects. Antifibrotic active ingredient pubescens further clarify, this topic pubescens n-butanol extract of the extraction and separation from the active site of the Chinese Communists to extract isolated five compounds using mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) , nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) analysis method, determination of five compounds physico-chemical constants and spectral data identified the chemical structure: a crack ring iridoid compounds: olives bitter glycosides (2). Phenethyl alcohol glycosides 4: Echinacoside (1), forsythiaside B (3) class the Yip Sang Ma glycosides (4), heterogeneous of acteoside (five). Which the compound forsythiaside B class the Yip Sang Ma glycosides, heterogeneous acteoside first pubescens isolated compounds. Deer hopane (Rhynchosia Volubilis Lour) is a perennial twining herb for deer hopane study confirmed the deer the hopane the roots have anti-fertility effect, the researchers also found that deer hopane extract can inhibit the movement of human sperm in vitro, in order to clear the deer hopane antifertility active ingredients, the subject of the deer hopane anti-fertility sites were studied using nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) and mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) analysis method, the identification of the chemical structure of the two flavonoids: quercetin 3 - methyl ether-7-O-α-L-arabinofuranosyl (1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1) and genistin (2), and these two compounds are first isolated from deer hopane. On the basis of the active ingredients lobular cloves antifibrotic HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the the 5 compounds isolated from S. pubescens active site content and establish HPLC fingerprint lobular cloves active site. To use of NNE 13 C-NMR, to complete the determination of the n-butanol extract of the parts of the deer hopane, combined with the measurement results of the HPLC, the establishment of a novel quality control methods - high performance liquid chromatography and quantitative NMR spectrum (HPLC-of NNE 13 C-NMR, high performance liquid chromatography and non nuclear Overhauser effect Carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy) combined with fingerprint technology. Using the established HPLC-of NNE 13 C-NMR D calculation formula calculated Echinacoside oleuropein forsythiaside B class leaves raw hemp glycosides, heterogeneous Cohosh glycoside content, combined with the active site of S. pubescens quantitative 13C NMR spectral fingerprints to establish the quality standards of the active site of S. pubescens. Study 7 compounds isolated from the two plants, which five compounds compounds obtained from these two plants separated for the first time. HPLC and HPLC-of NNE 13 C-NMR the S. pubescens quality standards of the active site study, which has a certain significance for further research and development of medicinal plants leaflets the cloves and deer hopane.
