Abstract

Purpose:The thesis aims to discuss how does the moxibustion on Tsusanli, chung wan, pi’shu and wei shu influence the trauma of gastric mucosa, analyzing its relationship with interleukin-1(IL-1), interleukin-10(IL-10), calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGPR) and Prostaglandin (PGE2), explaining the reason why the moxibustion can protect the gastric mucosa, and probing into the effect differences of warming moxibustion in different periods of time, so as to provide relevant experimental evidence for clinical treatment of the disease of alimentary tract which is caused by the trauma of gastric mucosa.Method:This experiment selects 40 wealthy SFP grade SD rats as experimental article (half male and half female), and classifies them according to their different weights, then divides them randomly into four groups with 10 rats in each group:A. normol control group; B. model group; C. warming moxibustion for 15 mins; D. warming moxibustion for 30 mins. Molding is realized by water immersion stress method. The experiment, according to the standard of trauma index of gastric mucosa, regards the moxibustion on Tsusanli, chung wan, pi’shu and wei shu as treatment factor, consulting relevant documents, combining preliminary experiment materials, and employing radioimmunoassay to determine the content of IL-1, IL-10, CGRP and PGE2 of gastric mucosa.Outcome:the preliminary moxibustion on Tsusanli, chung wan, pi’shu and wei shu can obviously reduce the following emergent trauma index of gastric mucosa, increasing the content of IL-1, PGE2 and CGRP, and reducing the content of IL-10. After molding, the UI index rises apparently, compared with normol control group, model group (P<0.01) has remarkable statistical significance, which shows a successful molding. When adopting warming moxibustion (15mins) and warming moxibustion (30 mins) to affect Tsusanli, chung wan, pi’shu and wei shu, UI declines (P<0.01) while the content of CGRP increases (P<0.05) compared with model group. After being affected by warming moxibustion (30 mins), PGE2has risen (P<0.05) compared with model group. Conclusion:the preliminary moxibustion on Tsusanli, chung wan, pi’shu and wei shu can reduce the trauma degree of rats’gastric mucosa. Such an effect may be realized by increasing the content of inflammatory mediator of serum (IL-1 and IL-10) as well as the content of proinflammatory factor and anti-inflammatory factor, and by decreasing the content of CGRP and PGE2 to restrain cell injury. Selects temperate moxibustion 15 point carillon and temperate moxibustion 30 point carillon two groups of time, analyse 5 kind of observation targets of experimentation, result that temperate moxibustion 30 point better than temperate moxibustion 15 point carillon.
