Abstract


Objective:This study was designed for the treatment group and control group patients with knee osteoarthritis randomized controlled clinical study to observe the kidney more knee efficacy and safety of the soup, and Chinese medicine treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee mechanism and methods.Methods:60 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomized according to treatment in order to ensure that patients 1:1 to treatment group and control group. Kidney treatment group to be more knee Tonga sodium hyaluronate in the control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate hyperostosis pill course of treatment for 30 days. Respectively, before treatment, after treatment of symptoms and signs two scores and total score comparison and analysis; for efficacy evaluation, and observation of adverse reactions.Results:Two groups of symptoms and signs after treatment total score was significantly decreased. The statistical analysis, two groups of symptoms and signs after treatment decreased the total points and efficacy of group (group) had significant statistical difference in the treatment group than the control group (p<0.01). Conclusion:More knee Tonga kidney and bone hyperplasia pill sodium hyaluronate sodium hyaluronate to improve knee arthritis symptoms and signs have a certain effect, kidney and knee more effective than sodium hyaluronate Tonga group hyperostosis Pill sodium hyaluronate. The two groups failed to find adverse reactions.
