Abstract


Objective To explore the NMDA receptor the online simply spatial working memory ( cues of spatial working memory) and reference memory (cues of spatial reference memory) and hippocampal neurons from . Behavioral experiments : Method 18 250-300g male Wistar rats were divided into two groups , double clues group ( maze outside visual clues and the maze tactile cues) and single clue group ( maze tactile clues ) , the application of eight - arm radial maze training rat to establish clues sexual spatial working memory and reference memory model , injection of NMDA receptor antagonist MK801 observed the wrong working memory (working memory error) and reference memory errors (reference memory error) . Results ① cancel clues after rat spatial memory performance declined . ② injection MK801 , double clues rats spatial working memory performance declined significantly , while the single clue rats spatial working memory and reference memory and dual clues group spatial reference memory scores were significantly decreased . Electrophysiological experiments : Method 10 250-300g male Wistar rats , operative implanted electrodes in the hippocampus , the recovery after behavioral training , the same model with the double clues groups cancel clues standards , testing and injection MK801 test , simultaneously recorded hippocampal neurons discharge and local field potential . Hippocampus characteristic discharge the Results ① training process changes , specific performance for the training of post - characteristic discharge disappeared , but canceled clues after discharge characteristic appears again . ( 2 ) close clue conditions under injection MK801 , the discharge activity of hippocampal neurons and local field potential θ shock will change
