Abstract


Self-efficacy Bandura's concept reflects the degree of self-confidence in their own ability, career self-efficacy is a specific application of the theory of self-efficacy in the career field. Career in the field of self-efficacy are many, they are at different levels in the continuum of self-efficacy, the proposed career self-efficacy in the career field most general self-efficacy, which refers to individuals with career development related activities on the self-confidence, self-efficacy after the second stage of the general self-efficacy. This study attempts to university students, to prepare a uniquely well suited to this special group of college students career self-efficacy scale. In order to achieve the preparation of a list of qualified college students career self-efficacy scale the main purpose of this study expand from four parts. The first part of the study overview, the study of the origins, significance, research methods and structure are described. The second part of the literature review, self-efficacy and career self-efficacy theory research, preliminary structure of the Scale and Scale Development principles. The third part is the scale of the process, detailed statement of the steps of the Scale for fourth part of the Scale of application, from the the five aspects effects of Factors Affecting College Students' career self-efficacy, as well as college students from an empirical point of view career self-efficacy scale was validated. Scale Development process, the researchers first collected through discussions with professionals and see other scale test item, and complemented by the open-ended questionnaire, 100 questionnaires. On the basis of the preparatory study by two Surveying, deletion and modification of the formation of the 50 test item; using exploratory factor analysis method, gradually established college career self-efficacy scale structure. The study further extracted from the four universities the 420 scale structure be verified. The verification results show that a better model fit indices. The same time, the study also scale reliability, a test item difficulty and discrimination were investigated, the results showed the measure standard. To finalize the five dimensions of a college career self-efficacy scale, they were the future expectations, self-evaluation, self-control and confidence in the ability and customer service difficulties. This can also be referred to as composed of five college career self-efficacy. From surveying indicators, the scale has been in line with the scale to prepare, but this is the preparation of the scale for the first time researchers, therefore, this scale should not be widely used. Scale preliminary application study, the researchers only from the aspects of gender, grade professional, family where family income on college students career self-efficacy degree of difference. The results are consistent with the results of previous studies, which also verify the effectiveness of a college career self-efficacy scale from another angle.
