Abstract


As a new word coined in the Internet age, "human flesh search" has been well known fc the majority of Internet users and become a new highlight in the Internet age. "Human fles search", with its unique operation mechanism and information search ways, penetrates the powe of online world into real life, causing waves of "search storms" and widespread impact in th society. The pros and cons of "human flesh search" are disagreements among many people "Human flesh search" leads to extensive discussions and considerations since its appearance, an the consequential ethical issues also become a focus of the society and the public. As an Interne based virtual information space in the information age which is distinguished from the rea society, "human flesh search" has become a new way of communication and connected th virtual space and real space. In its course of development and change, new or eve anti-traditional personal relationships are occurring, which has been demonstrated by a numbe of ethical issues caused by the "human flesh search". Therefore, the "human flesh search" mus be taken seriously especially from the perspective of ethics. Careful and comprehensive thinking is required to contribute to the standardized and positive development of "human flesh search".
