Abstract


Intangible Cultural Heritage is the common cultural memory carrier of a country, a nation from generation to generation, and more vulnerable than the Cultural Heritage as well as non-renewable, as time it is also very easy to be forgotten. Even the slightest mistake could bring us the loss that is irreparable.This commitment studies the Intangible Cultural Heritage systematically studied from the management point of view, to find a solution to solve this contradiction between industrialization and effective way to manage, in order to develop and utilize the Intangible Cultural Heritage in rural areas rationally under the premise of the protection, explore the scientific development model of industrialization, guide the intangible Cultural Heritage onto the track of an appropriate industry, propose the protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage norms, economic and reasonable. This will help people understand the Intangible Cultural Heritage and it has a positive effect for the protection of Cultural Heritage. It is benefit to explore and develop new ways.The main structure is as follows:The first chapter is the introduction part; the second chapter is the summary of literature at home and abroad; the third chapter is the elaboration of the concepts Intangible Cultural Heritage; the fourth chapter is to construct the evaluation index system of industry the Intangible Cultural Heritage moderately in rural areas; the fifth chapter is the use of evaluation index system of industry the Intangible Cultural Heritage moderately in rural areas from an empirical point of view; the sixth chapter is the recommendations of managements.
