Abstract


In recent years , researchers increasingly focused on the study the learners of psychological factors and personality differences . Part of the learning styles as personality differences learners . Of use Reid (1987) \The survey mainly includes the overall distribution of the learning styles of non- English majors , non- English majors in perceptual learning style , whether there are gender differences , learning the relationship style CET scores as well as high and low packet learners perception learning styles differences. Use SPSS17.0 analysis of research data , the overall tendency to use descriptive analysis to investigate non- English majors learning styles , using independent samples T-test survey of non- English majors in perceptual learning style exists gender differences and high packet learners and low grouping learners whether there is a difference , as well as using the Pearson correlation analysis survey perceived student style CET results . The survey data show that non - English majors have a variety of perceptual learning style , kinesthetic learning style is their favorite learning style . The data obtained by the independent samples T-test showed that non - English majors there are gender differences in the perception of learning styles , which girls prefer kinesthetic learning styles , and while the boys prefer group learning style . And the style of high packet learners are higher than average low packet learners significant difference , but only in the presence of auditory learning style . The data obtained by Pearson correlation analysis showed that the presence of only auditory learning style and CET scores significant correlation . Finally , according to the survey results and analysis , the authors propose several teaching suggestions , hoping to contribute to China 's college English education .
