Abstract


With the rapid economic development, more complex food industry as well as a large number of incidents of food safety crises , so that people on their own health and environmental safety concerns increased, how to better control food safety issue has become the world are discussing topic. So far the EU has recognized the world a high level of food quality and safety legal system to study the EU's food quality and safety for our legal system, there is a good reference . This paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter is an introduction, describes the problem of food safety research background, the subject of the importance of domestic and foreign research in this field condition and results described and summarized ; clear food and food security concept development , and similar to the concept of discrimination , to define the scope of this thesis . The second chapter details the EU food quality and safety legal system, including laws and regulations constitute the EU food safety laws and organizations , legal characteristics and the EU Member States to set food safety agencies , from the legislative point of view of the EU legal framework and regulations . Chapter III describes specific EU food quality and safety of law enforcement mechanisms , and the EU member states to implement food safety laws for the status quo from a dynamic point of introduction . Chapter IV of the EU food quality and safety requirements of the legal system to make their own little thoughts and suggestions. Chapter combined with China 's national conditions , the introduction of China's food quality and safety law requires the process to the EU learn from the experience .
