Abstract

The second chapter in the analysis of the system of liability of the carrier before the \responsibility principles and exemptions, the period of responsibility, the limits of liability and other factors cut into the concrete analysis of the liability of the carrier system in the \Chapter III \Perspective \perfect the revelation of our third-party logistics operator liability system to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of the third party logistics operators to achieve a win-win or win-win.
