Abstract


The right to housing is a human rights are important. It exists in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights \Also exist in the constitutional documents of many countries. It is the right to life, economic, social and cultural rights, the specific expression of the form of the right to adequate standard of living. Compared with other human rights research, the domestic housing rights has just begun. Housing security problems there in ancient China, is seen as a manifestation of the thinking of the government, \However, in modern society, if the housing security issues or just stay at the level of government policy documents, apparently has been unable to meet the requirements of the right to self-sufficient development. 's Emergence and spread of human rights, promote some new requirements into the human rights system is always in sync with the times. The citizen housing claims is clearly the trend of the times. Therefore, the importance of the right to housing, to promote the efficient operation of the relevant legislative, judicial and administrative measures to protect the housing rights of citizens, has become the country must face. On countries to protect the housing rights of citizens to achieve, has been demonstrated to have to shoulder the obligations of its own ability to match. This obligation is theoretical and legal basis. But as the realization of the right should have the necessary protection, as the implementation of the obligations related standards.
