Abstract


Of global warming on human survival and development challenges , the \In the construction industry , \Construction and development of low-carbon buildings , the need for investors , owners, contractors at all levels , supervision unit , consulting , government , loan syndication , insurance companies, users and other parties involved partners to explore the construction and management of low carbon buildings mode is imperative. Therefore, this paper studied the behavior patterns of low-carbon building partnerships has important significance. Firstly, the article describes the purpose and significance of research presented to support the theoretical basis of this study and the theoretical framework applied under the guidance of the basic methods , as well as domestic and international research in this area status and trends . This paper analyzes the evolution of party -building activities and the development process, research activities in various historical stages of building the relationship between the parties , clearly establishing the importance of partnership -building activities . Further analysis of the process of building a low-carbon necessity of establishing partnerships and studied the behavior of low-carbon building partnerships mechanism . The core part of the thesis is the process of building a low-carbon behavior patterns of partnership . By analyzing the participants in the construction of low-carbon composition and conduct of the parties , based on game theory to build a low-carbon building partnerships behavior patterns. In addition, the paper combines a low-carbon building partnerships weir Kawamura instance , select one of a peasant house , to analyze the low-carbon rural housing construction participant 's behavior is established based on game theory , low-carbon farm house building partnerships behavior patterns , obtained development of low-carbon building partnerships weir Kawamura countermeasures and suggestions .
