Abstract


Innovation is a senior human manifestation of subjective initiative is to promote national progress and social development inexhaustible power. For businesses, product innovation is not only able to expand its market share , obtain higher returns ; but also for the fierce market competition, product innovation is also an effective means to deal with market competition . Therefore, the process of technological innovation and methods of research has important theoretical significance and practical value . Paper use of systems engineering thinking , decision-making theory and technology roadmap method was applied to the innovation process and methods of research, detailed description of the process technology roadmap for innovative design and methods of action , explain how to use the technology roadmap approach to market -driven technological innovation process analysis. This work is a useful theory and application of innovative exploration and additions. Firstly, starting from the analysis of the innovation process , elaborate technology roadmap approach ideas and content to market demand as the starting point and gradually evolved into the technology innovation process innovation needs analysis ; followed by demand factors and industrial target correlation analysis to identify products ( industrial ) key technologies, to identify key areas of technological innovation projects , research and development projects and thus rendering technology roadmap , a clear direction of technology development and the development of innovative research and development programs ; and from the perspective of an abstract and formal innovation and evolution of in-depth research , to graphically shows the product innovation process model . Finally, the soft-start product innovation analysis process as an example, this paper 's innovative design patterns instances validated by the detailed data and charts illustrate the innovation process and the effectiveness and operability.
