Abstract


Based on Anhui Feidong 90 \Affecting farmers insurance payment on an analysis of the factors that affected farmers \and family characteristics make payment options , and its insurance payment behavior is a rational choice . As the new farmer's insurance policy emphasis on elderly residents and low-income families in rural old-age security benefits , and thus the incentive for high pay grades relative lack of farmers to choose low pay grades not only get more lucrative returns, but choose the high pay grades of contrast farmers did not lose too much , so with the \choose high-grade pay . In this paper, causing this \Evolved based on rational peasant farmers ' profit-driven ' behavior is a new farmer's insurance policy incentives reaction view of this, the text of the proposed reforms of the new agricultural insurance basic pension payment methods , and establish pay grades linked payment mechanism ; while increasing government spending , increasing payment subsidies, subsidies to pull each pay grade gap ; broaden the channels for increasing the value of individual accounts .
