Abstract


In recent years , as China's automobile industry increasingly fierce market competition , automobile manufacturing enterprises have to rely heavily on research and development of new products to respond to market competition . Currently, the world's major automobile manufacturers automotive new product development projects have adopted modern management methods , to shorten product development cycles, reduce costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises . This paper analyzes the domestic car market environment and the characteristics of the current market demand and the development of such models , analyzes the automobile manufacturing enterprises in the new product development process using project management methods , focusing on the brand of Dongfeng Fengshen H30 Cross models of project scope process management and schedule management , project deliverables for vehicle control , vehicle project work breakdown structure (WBS), critical path , scope control methods and preparation of the project schedule , tracking and control for an active exploration and practice. In the last article for a detailed summary of the project in order to follow-up model of project management project to provide reference .
