Abstract


With the rapid development of information technology , software project has been widely used in various fields to go, while the software is getting more complicated and increasingly large scale . Product quality test automation software has become increasingly evident in the role of some manufacturers , businesses are active in the automated test software project introduction to the production activities . The software project management is an important part of the entire software development , due to its ability to easily implement most of the project management process , and the effect is obvious , it became the focus of the implementation of various enterprise software development project management . This paper first introduces the knowledge of the contents of the course of development of the project management as well as the structure of the Project Management Body of Knowledge . Then combined Dongguan VTech Holdings VTT test automation software development project management from the range of management knowledge areas of project management , schedule management , quality management , risk management specific description of how to manage the process of implementation of the project , and gives methods, processes and results. Summarizes the experiences and lessons learned in project management , and a summary of the work . In this paper , the results for the VTT some guidance and practical significance .
