Abstract


Project management is a project management system objects. Since the 20th century 80 years was the introduction to our country, project management has developed into an increasingly popular subject.Is used in many traditional industries and obtained good results. Shenzhen Airport data center integration project is the most typical class IT integration projects. Project management is the most suitable for here. The importance of the introduction of project management is self-evident.In this paper, extensive reading and reference a large number of industrial applications of project management literature. Based on theoretical research and case practice by combining research methods. Project management from the perspective of integration of Shenzhen Airport data center research projects and practice. First of all, this article introduces the present status of domestic and international project management and engineering and project management of the status of the airport. The next part is basic knowledge of projects and project management theory. The highlights of this part is project progress management and risk management theory. Then I introduced the basic information of data center Shenzhen Airport integration projects.This focus point of this paper is the application for each module of project management knowledge on data center in Shenzhen Airport integration projects. Including human resources management, scope and schedule management, risk management, communication management, quality management, change management aspects. The highlights of this part is project progress management and risk management From the practical results demonstrate the usefulness and value of project management.
