Abstract


Maintenance service providers manage the airline Air Materiel management is extremely important in a ring , which affects the normal airline flight operations , but also affect the airline's economic benefits. On the current situation , the civil aviation industry is high and only marginally profitable investment in the industry , and good management of service providers , airlines should become one of the key elements to consider . Airlines in the normal course of operations , it must take reasonable repair service provider management solutions. This can not only ensure the safety of aircraft flying can control the corresponding maintenance costs , thus forming a virtuous circle , the whole company and the industry to promote the safe and orderly operation. And to do the repair service provider management , it must have the advanced management concepts and rational evaluation indicators and methods . In this paper, Shenzhen Airlines, for example, by studying management status airline maintenance service providers , service providers found in the presence of extensive management, administration , evaluation indicators unreasonable and so on , and then put forward management approach . That is, service providers can not just examine the assessment of objective indicators , but also concerned AOG support , service and charge indicators ; not only concerned with TAT, TSR and MC in these three areas , but should focus more directly on the assessment of impacts on service quality of greater MCPH, TSI and other factors. Article focuses on the analysis of the service provider of the audit, and how to set a reasonable assessment indicators, and use a lot of examples of new algorithms derived form a complete assessment program . Finally, article on how to achieve the assessment program were discussed, and the development of new operational platform , and both platform functionality are described in detail .
