Abstract


In the knowledge economy, knowledge and technology to promote economic development is the main driving force . Into the 21st century , economic globalization and the rapid development of an increasingly competitive global business , business competition is fundamentally that competition in the market , the market competition is the key to technology competition , and has exclusive nature of the patented technology is technology competition main content. Patented technology embodies the innovation capability of enterprises , but also determines the future development of enterprises core competitiveness. Chinese high-tech enterprises in the global market competition, facing heavy pressure and threats , to suit their own patent strategy , patent applications to protect this initiative offensive and defensive weapons , is the art of self-defense enterprises and victory. This article from the enterprise patent strategy formulation , combined with the actual typical case , SWOT analysis on China's high-tech enterprise internal and external environmental analysis, to explore its patent strategy selection and implementation.
