Abstract


For a long time , the drug problem as a harm individuals, families and society global issues , attracted widespread attention. Addicts after detoxification high relapse rate and is still a worldwide problem , China's anti-drug , drug addiction is also faced with this dilemma . The weight of the reality of drug harm , highlighting the increase abstinence rates for addicts individuals, families and society at different levels of significance . Firstly, choose drug prevention research perspective , the main use of qualitative research methods , to understand the mechanism of drug addiction , the addict individuals, families and society possible mechanisms exist defects conducted in-depth excavation , objective, rational analysis the current status of drug mode of operation , function and deficiencies . Secondly, through the current model of reflection , drawing on domestic and international useful experience , discussed the possibility of future modalities direction . Third, from the perspective of the concept of innovation , to understand and promote the improvement of the existing models and perfection , try to integrate , construct relatively systematic and utility of the possible modes , and thus for the country's ban drug use, drug relapse provide useful insights to reverse China's current ban drug use, drug use complex facing the passive situation. This paper presents the main points : First, China's current treatment methods but also of the government led to rehabilitation through labor -based architecture developed by the forced isolation treatment and voluntary drug still has to play a leading role, but the government-led mechanism to face the drug relapse rate high predicament. Second, the comprehensive management of drug use, drug use is a complex long-term integrated complex process. Therefore, inevitably there will be regional anti-drug work , community and cultural and other special forms. For more extensive mobilization of social forces to actively participate in the demand increased, explore more viable non-mandatory rehabilitation measures become necessary. Three is suitable for China 's more robust treatment system should be a government-led , integrated and coordinated a variety of local conditions to a positive force , to form a compulsory treatment , the treatment group , the integration of the Trinity community assistance and education system .
