Abstract


Marketing management in commercial banks occupy a very important position , has been subjected to Western commercial banks are highly valued. China's accession to WTO, the banking market is gradually opening up of domestic banks face unprecedented challenges. To meet the challenge , which calls for China's commercial banks innovative marketing concepts , to provide customers with a variety of services to meet customers' diverse needs. This article aims to learn from Western commercial banks marketing theory and methods, combined with China's banking industry marketing practice, expounded China's commercial banks marketing management evolution , characteristics and problems , and finally put forward the development of China's commercial banks marketing approach . Thesis consists of three parts . The first part describes the marketing of domestic and foreign commercial banks in the course of development and current status of the theory , analyzes the limitations of the marketing of domestic banks , commercial banks must be made ??fully learn foreign advanced marketing theory , to create its own characteristics suitable marketing system . The second part of the analysis of China's commercial banks marketing management model and its evolution and characteristics of specific problems . The third part is the focus of China's commercial banks proposed marketing approach to development .
