Abstract


Historical institutionalism as an important theoretical schools of New Institutional Politics , Institutional Change thinking is an important part of the historical institutionalism , also carries historical institutionalism important question: Why did it happen changes system and how the system is changing . The historical institutionalism think people have bounded rationality , personal preferences , the concept to be bound by the external institutional environment and shaping , can not a priori that one will be how to choose on a specific time , but you want people with institutional background , analysis of human behavior . The system includes behavior plays build formal rules , informal rules and procedures . By the calculated path \Institutional change in the perspective of historical institutionalism is regarded as a phased process , including the system affected by various factors gradually change and system stability embodied in the boycott of changes . Under certain historical conditions and environment , the various factors interact directly affect institutional change . Process of institutional change is intermittent balanced , there are many uncertain factors in the process in the system leading to institutional change , this change may be momentary , may be long-term stability of the system , which kinds of stability constraints with the system is that it does not change easily influenced by a variety of factors , plays a major role in the relative balance of system path dependent characteristics , but the system is not static , when at a certain critical nodes when the system will be a more dramatic change occurred .
