Abstract

Bicycling is a collection of speed, strength, and stamina,and it is also an easy sport which is held in great affection by most people. Since modern bicycling was classified as a regular event in the first Olympic Games in 1896, it had been passed over one hundred years. Bicycle motocross which was set up in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games made the bicycling become the third one in the number of medals, which was next to the athletics and swimming. Tour De France which was born in 1902 is one of the individual sports events lasted a hundred years. Tour De France is a kind of sport occupying the the biggest field and it attracts maximum numbers of audiences to the site viewing the competition. It is a most rapid speed sport which is created by human promoting the mechanical. Under the approval of UCI (inernational cycling union), tour de Qinghai Lake is held in Qinghai from july to august every year since 2002. The Lake Race is 2.HC level and has already become a uppermost class racing cycle in the Asia. It is the highest level of international road cycling in the whole world. The Lake Race is next to tour de france, the Italian game and the Spanish game. Every year there are about 20 teams for more than 100 participants from five continents joining the game. The total distance is over 1300 km. An average elevation is more than 3000 meters lasting nine days, and a total bonus is$250,000. The beautiful Qinghai Lake is designed in the center in the circuit, extending the surroundings with the amazing natural scenery.The population of China is more than 1.3 billion and there are 450 million bicycles. With the changes of economy and society each passing day, people’s material and cultural lives have been improved greatly, what is more, the consciousness of health and environment protection has been enhanced too. So more and more people begin to realize the value of bicycles from only a kind of vehicle to healthy and causal sport. It makes people’s bicycle sport develop quickly. Meanwhile it causes a lot of bicycle clubs (the flat-top building of bicycle’s spread)to be built and organized. Shijiazhuang amateur bicycle clubs have also developed unprecedentedly.This article will mainly use documentation method, interview method, survey method, statistics method, etc to investigate the present situation of Shijiazhuang amateur bicycle sport. It masters the condition of the development of Shijiazhuang amateur bicycle clubs, finds out the factors which influence the spread and popularity of Shijiazhuang amateur bicycle clubs and give some pointed tactics and suggestionsThe results show that: City Amateur Cycling is a sport loved by the masses in Shijiazhuang, which is a kind of quite healthy entertainment, and then do good to environmental protection, and all ages can do it. Amateur cycling sport is the club is in the spontaneous stage in Shijiazhuang City, and the intensity is not universal, although with a certain mass base, which is mainly from the venue restrictions (urban planning on the bike drive extrusion, on bike paths less rational design and planning), lack of government leadership and management arrangements for small competitions, lack of bike coaches research less, and these factors directly limit the further promotion of amateur cycling. For the existing problems of Shijiazhuang amateur cycling club, this paper proposes the development of counter measures as follows: To establish a sound organization and management, strengthen the organization and management, so that Shijiazhuang amateur cycling club can normally and orderly develop. Strengthen the training of coaches; young people as the basis, to enhance the sport’s influence in young people; to organize various competitions to promote technology exchanges.
