Abstract


Vocational education in vocational education flourish shoulder the important mission of Xinjiang as a strategic land planning and development in the next five years , the development of vocational education but also plays a pivotal role . In this paper, the development of Xinjiang Higher Vocational and Technical College core elements - teachers build incentives put forward their own ideas and methods . This paper start with the results achieved from the of Xinjiang Vocational Teacher existing incentive mechanism , based on the analysis of domestic and international Teacher Incentive Research summarizes the existing incentive theory , vocational colleges in Xinjiang with China 's eastern region vocational colleges the teachers incentives comparison to identify problems and causes of Xinjiang Higher Vocational School Teachers incentives currently exist , and after a representative empirical investigation of Xinjiang CJ vocational and Technical College , co-discovered the problem . Lack of motivational content for teacher incentives , incentives single incentive method stereotypical , incentives are not starting from the needs of teachers and other issues from the point of view of teachers' interests , it is proposed to develop incentives for teachers from the implementation of a complete compensation strategy , the implementation of aspects teachers tiered incentive to improve performance evaluation, and improve teacher training system , and take effective mental stimulation , to increase the fairness of incentives , improve scientific and effective incentive . Finally, I hope that the research topics can provide some help and learn from Xinjiang Vocational Teachers management reform . The innovation of this paper for the following aspects : through empirical investigation of Xinjiang Higher Vocational School Teachers incentive mechanism for quantitative analysis , incentive management to provide a reliable basis for Xinjiang Vocational teachers . The second is the use of comparative research methods , incentive contrast by eastern and Vocational teachers identify the problems in Xinjiang vocational schools teachers incentives run , and to propose solutions .
