Abstract


University Teachers' Performance management is the important thinking of the teachers in the human resource management. With the rise of Human Resource management thinking, college teachers performance management more and more attention of researchers and school administrators. The researchers have begun to engage in all aspects of college teachers performance management, university administrators began to try to implementation of teacher performance management, these theoretical study and practical attempt to compensate for the limitations and shortcomings of the University Teachers' Performance Management to strengthen university administrators communication between teachers, improve college teachers performance provides a good theory and practice. By literature review and interviews, I found that the University Teachers' Performance Management in theory and practice, there are still some problems, the overall performance of college teachers performance management has not yet formed its own independent system of theory and practice. In this paper, explore the college teachers performance management theory, using the literature method, and interviews and other research methods to understand the current college teachers performance management practices, found both in the college teacher performance management process, performance management content and methods, there are some problems. To solve these problems, this paper from the college teachers performance management processes, content and methods countermeasures. Trying to solve the main problems of the University Teachers' Performance Management in Theory and Practice. Addition to the introduction, the main content of this study is divided into three parts: The first part of University Teachers' Performance management theory to explore connotation of college teachers performance management, performance management theory, meaning, specificity made discussed, focusing on performance management framework of the university teachers from these three aspects of performance management processes of the university teachers, college teachers performance management and college teachers performance management approach overview. The back part of the study provides a theoretical basis. The second part of the author of College Teachers 'Performance Management in the process, content and methods of practice explores the use of literature research and interviews, proposed and analyzed in accordance with these practice of Chinese Universities Teachers' Performance Management in the process, content and method of the above Problems. Aspects of the third part of the second part of the university teachers performance management process, content and method of the above problems in the optimization of the college teachers performance management process to optimize the management of University Teachers 'Performance and optimization of University Teachers' Performance Management the measures.
