Abstract


Campus culture refers to the school staff and students work together to create the education management and teaching practice and have material culture , system culture and spiritual culture . High school campus culture : behavior -oriented features, cultivate incentive function specification constraints and cohesion release function , the school through the direct or indirect impact and educational activities to promote the quality of students' ideological , moral values ??and the educational function of the ordinary high school students behavior habits change , so that the development towards the the school desired goal direction . Zhangjiakou City, the current situation of the high school campus culture construction , there are campus cultural construction of two differentiation, counties and the lack of high school into the lack of features , system have neglected cultural construction , the spiritual and cultural construction has been weakened , \. In view of this, we tried to dissect and perspective through Zhangjiakou City high school campus culture construction problems , theoretical interpretation of the basic connotation of the campus culture and the high school campus culture , based on analysis of the function of the high school campus culture and through research on the part of schools , from the substances , the spirit of the system, three aspects of the high school campus cultural status quo , and propose solutions to existing problems on the high school campus cultural construction countermeasures from three aspects of material culture, system culture and spiritual culture , establish a correct educational philosophy , to create a harmonious material culture of the high school campus , to create a the harmonious high school campus institutional culture , and create a harmonious spiritual culture of the high school campus four to strengthen and improve the campus culture construction of Zhangjiakou City .
