Abstract


In recent years, new teachers of vocational adjustment problems by all parties concerned become an important area of ??research in teacher education. Existing research, the study of occupational adaptation for secondary school teachers, preschool teachers still rare. Occupational adaptation of new teachers is influenced by many factors, including nursery environment is an indispensable factor. This study attempts to survey occupational adaptation of the new teachers and their kindergarten environment, explore the relationship between the two in depth analysis of the kindergarten environment to adapt to the new teachers' professional mechanism and its problems, and make appropriate recommendations . In this study, analysis of the existing literature, composing new kindergarten teachers vocational adjustment questionnaire \Take a random sampling method, Zhengzhou, Henan Province, Xinxiang and Anyang 234 new kindergarten teachers to conduct a survey of the main conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. Majority of new teachers' professional level of adaptation in the mid to upper level, the highest level of interpersonal adaptation , the lowest level of psychological adjustment. Occupational adaptation of new teachers in the type of teaching time kindergarten there are significant differences, there are obvious differences in the kindergarten system, there is no difference in the academic and professional; kindergarten environment most at the middle level, teachers' culture is most Well, the worst entry support system. Kindergarten the state of the environment in the kindergarten system exists significant differences, there are obvious differences in the kindergarten type; 3. Middle on the degree of positive correlation between the kindergarten environment with new teachers occupational adaptation, kindergarten environment there is a significant impact of occupational adaptation which the direct impact of the teachers 'culture of occupational adaptation of new teachers, followed by minimal direct impact on kindergarten entry support system, the physical environment, the principal leadership style to adapt to the new teachers' professional kindergarten rules and regulations indirectly through other factors affecting new teachers occupational adaptation. In this study, based on the results of the questionnaire analysis and further interviews, closely related to occupational adaptation of new teachers kindergarten environment on various factors, there are many problems. Status and problems of the to further optimize kindergarten environment following recommendations: First, at the government level, to increase investment in pre-school funding, the establishment of teachers recruited to support the policy of protection mechanisms and sound childhood education teachers system; followed by the kindergarten level, to establish harmonious kindergarten atmosphere to improve teachers recruited support system, rules and regulations to improve the scientific and increase the autonomy of the new teachers to reduce the intensity of the work.
