Abstract


In recent years , many of our rural areas , particularly in central and western rural areas of compulsory education there have been many new problems, such as outstanding teachers in the outflow of the loss of resources for students , the quality of education is declining , shrinking the size of education , a lot of merging of schools , as well as other issues , such as teacher and student resource wastage and schools merge . These new issues have become increasingly prominent with the traditional problems of rural compulsory education schools , such as school education, the environment and poor together, seriously affecting the smooth and healthy development of compulsory education in rural areas of western China , and aroused widespread concern and deep deep concern. Sociological rational choice theory , the study explored the current rural compulsory education resources to the loss of this phenomenon . Chen said the Chunhua three aspects of the paper is divided into five parts , after the overview section , the article basic situation of compulsory education from the Chunhua County , Chunhua rural compulsory education resource wastage , Chunhua rural compulsory education resources consequences of the loss the loss of the status quo of compulsory education resources . Followed by rational choice theory teacher resources and student resource loss in the primary objective reasons : the teachers and students in rural areas to make the outflow decisions and behavior , according to each objective reality and external conditions , after careful consideration of a rational choice. Including the low wages of teachers , students and parents in the pursuit of quality education , closing and merging student boarding school formed . Finally, the loss of rural primary and secondary education resources proposed four aspects Solutions for this problem : to improve the education guarantee mechanism ; build humane management of rural compulsory education schools ; further increase teacher assistance for rural compulsory education , the construction of a high level faculty ; concern the vital interests of the rural compulsory education school teachers and students . Rural compulsory education resource wastage is widespread in China's western region , which will bring about a balanced development of education have a huge negative impact on the formation of benign operation will also have a social obstacles . Therefore , the whole society should attach great importance to and concerned about this issue , and response measures as soon as possible in order to reduce to a minimum the negative impact of this problem , to ensure the healthy and rapid development of rural compulsory education .
