Abstract


With the development of information technology, online education has become one of the adult service personnel continue education. The most important feature of online education is different from traditional education, students and teachers quasi-separation in time and space, subject content and teaching activities need to be presented through the network and implementation. Adult working learners complete the learning through self-learning network courses. Adult working learners, however, due to the prominent contradictions of Engineering, the learning time and energy are limited or weak foundation of prior knowledge, often be knowledge points deep understanding, can not form a knowledge network more profound understanding between the knowledge points Contact, which became one of the main reasons that hinder the learner distance learning. Mind mapping (Mindmap) is a simple, effective thinking tools, which use specific graphics to organize and to characterize the relationship between knowledge and knowledge to help learners effective thinking and memory. Through the nodes, lines and concise graphics, mind map can lay down the secondary, nonessential information, perform complex knowledge structure, presented the context of linkages between the knowledge points, the formation of a knowledge network, so that learning meaningful learning, so as to deepen the understanding of knowledge. The purpose of this research is to explore how to apply network curriculum design visual mind mapping tool, so that the adult working learners through learning, interest in learning to be improved to better memory, understanding and use of the learned knowledge, and improve academic performance. In this study, the network course \This paper uses a literature reading method, survey, experiment, discussion method, mind mapping application of the four areas in the network curriculum design, created for the actual operation of the application model. SPSS, EXCEL and other software to analyze the data collected. The results show that: the use of mind mapping, and better able to render the intellectual framework of online education courses; using mind mapping, to better promote students old and new knowledge to construct meaning; using mind maps, students can improve memory efficiency; The use of mind mapping to improve the students' interest in learning.
