Abstract

The author explores the issue of compulsory education in rural areas, because it relates to the future of rural children, relationship with our entire nation, the entire country's future. In fact, compulsory education in China's rural areas the situation is not optimistic, the gap remains large in terms of the quantity and quality of compulsory education, between the cities from rural children to accept quite unfair to rural children from life beginning at position. In order to implement the constitutional principle of equality, the country should strengthen efforts to support the rural compulsory education, which is the most important thing is to promote fiscal reform, rural compulsory financial security.
