Abstract

Kind of the emergence of new media, will always bring about the change and development of human culture. Developed on the basis of information and communication technology, online media, resulting in a human way of life, communication methods and ways of thinking of the tremendous changes in the formation of a new cultural landscape. Coupled with the impact of postmodernism, network culture has become a hot. This paper attempts to start from the intersection of power and culture, reveals decentralized Internet culture, diversity, to the center of characteristics. And the use of criticism and postmodernism perspective of network power relations of the culture and its operation, of great significance to the people a correct understanding of the Internet culture. About the relationship between culture and power, some Western scholars long ago had been discussed, such as Bacon's \dieu \it also is closely related to the possession of resources; and at the micro level, it also reflected a go-center liquidity network. Many characteristics of the Internet culture determines its powers showing relatively equal, informal flow, borne by the powers interactive, go to the center and many other features. In cyberspace, the mainstream culture and elite culture and mass culture coexist. Due to the rapid development of information and cultural industries, the Internet culture more popular culture. It overcome the subjective and objective separation, the reality of cultural and virtual culture together organically, led to changes in the pattern of the whole culture of power. Culture itself is a maintained by power relations and the operation of the \domination, subordination of the compromise and complex relationship. In the Field of Cultural Production, Internet culture with their own cultural identity, and the mainstream culture formed a rebel, compromise and Reconstruction, and weaken the power of the mainstream culture. In addition, it is the elite culture to transform and subvert, to some extent undermine the hegemony of elite cultural discourse, forcing its lowered stance toward the general public and, indirectly, to promote the elite cultural capital increase. In the above process, the Internet culture to fight for their own more legitimacy. In the Field of media culture, Internet culture through cultural production to curb the expansion of the power of traditional media culture, to change the logic of traditional literary production, its great influence by the traditional media attention. However, we can not be blindly optimistic to magnify the powers of Internet culture. In order to maintain its vitality, network culture subtly commenced with the traditional culture of struggle: avoidance does not flee, production networks literary texts in order to compete for the cultural capital, through the carnival-style discourse to challenge the existing cultural hegemony, through a variety of ways to enhance their own influence. But as a cultural form of network culture could not escape the economic, political, social factors and constraints, and its resistance is not the ultimate goal, just a self-expanding strategy. In the actual operation of the network culture is always in the intervention and under the supervision of the economic and political power. Can not become a mainstream network culture due to the parasitic, but the revolt of its authoritative discourse and deconstruction embodies the kind of culture and progress, and therefore attached great importance to traditional culture. Network culture has become an important force in to maintain moderate tension domain and exuberant vitality of the cultural field, harmonious social and cultural. Therefore, the analysis and research from the point of view of the power operation of the Internet culture, has a certain value.
