Abstract


Autothermal thermophilic aerobic digestion is an effective and practical sludge stabilization technology, its high treatment efficiency , structures occupied by small size, suitable for handling small amount (≤ 20 000 m ~ 3 / d) of the Small and Medium sewage treatment plant. Since heat and preheat autothermal thermophilic aerobic digestion technology can make up their own temperature inside the reactor temperature 45 ℃ -65 ℃, with a degradation rate, solids residence time is short, low temperature impact resistance , etc., its volume is only aerobic digestion pool and anaerobic digester 1/6-1/2 , autothermal thermophilic aerobic digestion process but in Europe there has been nearly three decades of experience in running projects . The project was designed in the autonomous autothermal thermophilic aerobic digestion system , based on the reaction system has been improved through the preheat and set aside to make up the amount of sludge reactor heat loss and makes the thermophilic bacteria can quickly reproduction, thereby increasing the survival of microorganisms , greatly enhancing the treatment effect of the reaction . In this study, Xi'an Beishiqiao dewatered sludge sewage purification center , and is equipped with aeration devices and efficient stirring device . In the laboratory on a small test run, and the optimum operating parameters , and the reaction mechanism was discussed , the changing nature of sludge were studied and analyzed. Through this experiment showed that : the system 's operating temperature is mainly affected by the concentration into the mud , aeration , solids retention time, reaction speed impact . Solid content into the mud in which the optimum concentration of 4-6% , retention time of 10-15d, stirring speed 100-110r/min, aeration is 0.4-0.8L/min ( compressed air ) . And in the operating parameters under the same conditions , by preheating the enhanced effect autothermal aerobic digestion significantly improved , the optimum reaction temperature of the reactor from the previous autothermal aerobic digestion temperature conditions up to the late 48 ℃ 55 ℃, max VSS removal rate increased to 41.3% from the previous 50.5% .
