Each product design process is a form of organization design activities , layered, complex , recurrent , and knowledge -intensive characteristics. Product design process modeling for product design efficiency and quality of design has a vital role . Activity in product design , the design task is a central concept . Previous work focuses on multiple tasks scheduling policy and the optimal allocation of resources , the task modeling and knowledge management systems integration that has been little studied . This paper studies the product design process design task ontology -based modeling , task-based design process framework and knowledge acquisition based on post- feedback mechanism . This paper first describes the enterprise knowledge management system design knowledge classification and characteristics , as well as the design of ontology-based knowledge modeling. Based on this , the model proposed design tasks , including basic information, activity properties , constraints , and knowledge associated context. Based on the above models and methods , the design of the knowledge structure modeling modeling subsystems and subsystem design tasks . Then , we propose a task-based design process four frameworks: the user interface layer , process layer , layer, and knowledge modeling design task layer . In the process layer introduces workflow technology , introduces the design activities and events iterative model state model , so that more realistic modeling of design activity design activities . In addition, based on the framework of the product design process instance-based knowledge acquisition and reuse of design task instance . Based on the above research , design and realization of the product design process modeling subsystem. Finally , we study the late feedback based on knowledge acquisition mechanisms, including the designer's experience feedback and product failure cases feedback and focused on the case of product failure feedback processes. Experience feedback has been generated cases and review by product failure cases will be credited as a knowledge repository , and will design and related activities, products, components, and to establish relationships between design tasks , facilitate future reuse, improve the success rate of the design and production efficiency , reduce design iterations and the failure rate activity .
