Abstract


With the increasingly fierce market competition , the automotive industry enterprises are facing a variety of challenges . Previously overlooked competitive procurement management has become an important weapon . This paper aims to pass through dielectric Shao Weishi ( Asia Pacific ) Limited procurement processes and changes in the way as a primer , discusses the concept of corporate materials procurement strategy , and how to develop enterprise material procurement strategy . This paper describes the development of the automotive parts industry background and theoretical foundation for the development supply chain . Materials procurement strategy sets out the benefits and importance of the enterprise . Followed by Visteon ( Asia Pacific ) Limited, procurement and supplier management as a primer , analysis Visteon ( Asia Pacific ) Limited was originally in the procurement activities of many problems, describes the current strategic sourcing patterns , indicating that the material procurement strategy in the enterprise actual operation the importance . Then for material procurement strategy and explains how to obtain materials procurement strategy's goals. And highlights the strategic materials management and supplier management strategy for these two materials procurement strategy is an important component. During the analysis process, by introducing入卡拉杰克matrix model, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of the material and supplier in Kraljic matrix classification, thus targeted to different materials and suppliers to adopt corresponding strategies. Finally , through the analysis of materials management strategies and supplier management strategy and corporate strategic activities and the activities of daily business operations activities, how the material presents a procurement strategy into their overall process framework . Methods described herein , can effectively enhance the company's supply chain management , but also can effectively support the enterprise's long-term strategy to bring a positive role.
