Abstract


It is necessary for finance staff to perform routine financial business training for better training and standardize finance workers the skills in the use of the basic finance. Some of the application basic skill of financial documents more important,regular training teaching has many evaluation standard blank and the assessment method is incomplete, even sometimes totally depends on training teacher own subjective judgment, with strong capriciousness, so will directly or indirectly affect actually training teaching effect. Financial documents teaching informationization is effective measures to the solution of this problem,in own years of financial informatization management experience in the electronic design automation evaluation system of financial documents. This system uses have effect on improved training quality of filling skill about financial documents,and make learner can quickly and accurately grasp its basic knowledge of financial documents in the process of teaching of theory and practice.Without the guidance of teacher may be conducted the autonomy of learning.The article based on the teaching practice for financial informatization demand realization accounting basis teaching informationization of financial documents be automatic evaluation, autonomous learning for the purpose. Learner can quickly and accurately grasp its basic knowledge of financial documents and familiarity basic operation skill in the process of teaching of theory and practice.Without the guidance of teacher may be conducted the autonomy of learning.The project mainly content includes:(1) Electronic financial documents, according to the computer storage structure realize methods and application research. (2) Electronic documents design to generate, content automatic evaluation method is studied. (3) Training software design method and application of implementation.The content of this article description comes from the author of the research direction and practical work. First of all, demand to explaination in financial practical training information, electronic financial documents the role of auto assessment in training; After that, from the electronic financial documents design shows that the computer to realize automatic evaluation software engineering theory, combining with the development way, the control principle of design, with face object used design of a computer graphics and Windows GDI interface electronic financial documents, and realize the relevant control user operation form and application system.
