Abstract


During the war , to the revival of the rear area of Sichuan rural economy , the National Government in Sichuan promoting rural cooperative loans . This paper discussed the specific operation of the historical background and agricultural credit cooperative agricultural credit appears in Sichuan , while trying to reproduce this history also reveals the positive role played during the war and drawbacks . This article includes introduction , body and conclusion , the text is divided into four parts , the first part of the historical background of Sichuan new rural cooperative financial and economic conditions , including the of Sichuan rural areas before the unification of political Sichuan before the war , an overview of the rural cooperative movement , and Sichuan Chuan political unification after the rise and development of the rural cooperative movement ; discussed in the second part of the Anti-Japanese War the Sichuan Agricultural Credit establishment of administrative bodies , including the provincial and county levels , the establishment of the cooperative Bank , the country's financial institutions directly paved county cooperative Bank During the War of Resistance Against Japan rural cooperative loan policy introduced ; fourth part of third part discusses the specific operation of the Anti-Japanese War of Sichuan rural cooperative loans , including specific types of funding sources of agricultural credit , agricultural credit , agricultural credit , interest rate , and the amount of problems ; Anti-Japanese War the Sichuan rural cooperative loan assessment, analysis of its revival of the positive role played by the rural economy in Sichuan , but also pointed out its flaws and problems .
