Abstract


The aging population has brought great pressure to China's social and economic development, so powerful challenges, the paper starting from a positive new perspective, trying to alleviate the problem of an aging population through the rational development of younger elderly resources. Guiyang City in 2005, entered the aging society, although late in some developed areas, but the aging of the population is showing fast growth of the elderly population, and cultural qualities, and a large proportion of younger elderly and other unique features, Guiyang City, the aging heavy burden of problems to this otherwise backward region, a serious impediment to the economic and social development in Guiyang. In this study, graduate thesis entitled to this topic in the context of population aging, Guiyang younger age old labor resources development research \theory and elderly human resource development experience at home and abroad, the basis of the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of the development of the younger elderly resources situation and existing problems through to Guiyang younger elderly human resources development, research, trying to Guiyang City, the actual situation, some constructive comments or suggestions on this study, effectively alleviate the problem of an aging population in Guiyang, promote comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of Guiyang economic and social context of aging population . This paper studies taken: First, the literature study and research. The basis of this article by drawing a large number of theoretical literature on population aging and elderly human resource development, combined with the achievements of scholars in elderly human resource development research information itself its data collection and analysis carried out in this study. Second, theoretical research and empirical research. Large collection, collation and analysis of data based on the survey, younger elderly community Guiyang, the theory and practice of combining a complete theoretical framework, based on their own research ideas gradually raised. Finally, the comparative study. In this paper, the theoretical results compare domestic and foreign elderly human resource development research and practice experience, which summed up the theories and methods of research needs. The characteristics of this dissertation is: with a new angle to look at and study the aging population problem, change the pressure of the aging population as a driving force, a positive development of younger elderly resources.
