Abstract


Powerful network capabilities to make more and more value-added telecom business emerged since the third-generation digital communication 3G (3rd Generation), the field of communication, involving various areas of people's lives, apparently, value-added services have become the most entire communications industry chain One of the critical part. At the same time, how managed to become service providers are most concerned about the problem of many complex, value-added services. Effective business management can not only reduce the cost of manpower and resources, can lead to better business experience for the user, and the accumulation of market capital for future business development. However, value-added service provider business management system, there are many defects and deficiencies, unable to meet requirements to increase the user experience, not to provide an efficient and effective information management for existing businesses, so that in the era of 3G value-added services has exploded business management has been relatively backward. On the one hand, in the development, system development speed has not keep up with the rate of change of the business, the business needs of the change can not be reflected in business management so that timely management information for new features business functions for changes information can not be appropriately adjusted. On the other hand, is not high enough before the unity of the business management system, resulting in a wide range of value-added services, respectively, corresponding to the respective business management system for the requirements of the users of the system are too high, and also caused a lot of inconvenience in terms of maintenance. This paper proposes a new business management system to address the deficiencies of the existing business management. Unified management of the system of value-added telecom service providers existing business uniform maintenance, that is the business of all kinds of information, including the definition of a unified data format, predefined variety of business information process flow. In addition, the system also provides part of the business logic functions, these functions are carried out in accordance with the unified interface rules package, developers can simply use the encapsulated business logic function, the rapid development of the management functions. Full investigation of the existing business management system, the system design principles of SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) design, in the analysis of the system to build the system component service model to ensure a system of abstract and scalability. The overall system architecture using J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition) architecture for development, which involves advanced technologies such as Strut, Hibernate, WebService. This article will such a unified business management system in detail, from system analysis, design and implementation, testing, development prospects are described, and the various steps in the entire development process to analyze the comprehensive showing structure. The business management system has been in of Dascom Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. sufficiently validated. The system is applied to a larger share of value-added services in three markets, namely the intelligent answer, love angels, and demons, then business. The three value-added services in different cities in nine business management system is developed on the basis of this paper, the business management system. In the application process has been proved that the system can be as value-added services quickly provide management functions to complete the development of the system in the short term. And all kinds of performance guarantees, such as stability. At present, the above-mentioned nine business management system in normal and stable operation, support three business operator.
