Abstract : Spintronics use of electron spin , the development of a new generation of electronic products , and traditional technologies often take advantage of the charge control device . It is a frontier of condensed matter and materials physics research . Organic magnetoresistance effect as a branch of spintronics , is being more and more attention . The paper prepared by a sandwich-type organic device of the conventional structure , through the use of a different active layer material , and adding a carrier transporting layer , observing the effect of these devices organic magnetoresistive (OMR) , and analyzes the impact of these factors on the OMR effect , exciton model and the triplet - paramagnetic center interaction model . Specific study includes the following aspects: First, based on the ITO / PEDOT / MEH-PPV / Al device structure , the measurement and analysis of the device magnetoresistance changes with the voltage and the magnetic field curve . In the interval of the voltage is 0-6V , the current change rate curve has a first increased and then decreased , the current change rate is around 15% . MEH-PPV, P3HT replace the similarities and differences of the two devices magnetoresistance curve with voltage changes . Differences that the presence of these two devices results from P3HT and MEH-PPV of the electron mobility , and thus a result of the low pressure device form the difference of the probability of excitons . Secondly, by preparing ITO/PEDOT/Alq3/LiF : Al device , the measurement and analysis of the curve changes its reluctance with voltage and magnetic field . OMR effect through the hole blocking layer between the electrode and the active layer was added BCP or electron transport layer C60 , the observed changes join the BCP material the device 6V voltage , the current rate of change in the 120 mT magnetic field increased from 9% to about 14 percent. This is the formation of excitons in the device there is a link . Whether polymers or small molecules as the active layer, the reluctance of the device with the voltage variation of the curve there are more than one extreme . Finally, based on ITO/PEDOT/C60/Al structure device , research with the active layer is on the non-light emitting material C60 device OMR effect , the experimental results and Desai et al. Inferred on the OMR effect exists only in the light emitting device has inconsistent place. Conclude that the OMR effect is the result of competition based on a variety of mechanisms . Low pressure bipolaron model can better explain the experimental results , dominated by the excitonic model gradually increased over voltage . The OMR Effect mechanism is a complex process .
