With the growing shortage of water resources and the continuous improvement of the environmental quality requirements and improve the recycling rate of industrial waste water, and efforts to achieve \The coal chemical wastewater is currently one of the problems of industrial wastewater treatment, has a complex composition, the high concentration of organic matter and most stable, also contain high concentrations of phenol and ammonia, toxic processing techniques are unable to make the discharge standards To achieve the coal chemical wastewater reuse is even more difficult. This thesis is to return to the coal chemical production waste water for the purpose of \First, the \Experimental results show that: using ozone oxidation pretreatment gas wastewater, wastewater biodegradability significantly increased, chroma removal significantly. Wastewater COD removal under alkaline conditions better, while the COD removal rate increased with increasing ozone concentration; membrane bioreactor as water, the system by the the Ozonation gas wastewater effluent COD lt; 50mg / L, ammonia nitrogen concentration of 1-6mg / L, ammonia nitrogen removal in more than 70% of the experimental research that can strengthen the membrane bioreactor treatment effect of powdered activated carbon to the membrane bioreactor and can effectively reduce membrane fouling. Also studied another process, the first multi-stage biological treatment of coal gasification wastewater directly back used to the gasification plant cooling water system, and then using macroporous resin processing cycle condensate concentrate. Static and dynamic adsorption experimental results show that: the amount of resin adsorption of contaminants in water with the resin dosage increase, and linear relationship; reduced wastewater pH and temperature are conducive to the resin to the kinds of wastewater adsorption; adsorption kinetics studies show that the H-103 macroporous resin adsorption process of the wastewater to comply with the quasi-second-order kinetic equation; wastewater fixed bed adsorption process processing, at a flow rate of 3BV / h, temperature of 25 ℃, pH = 6.5, COD and chroma removal rate reached 84.12% and 96%, respectively, effluent of COD lt; 100 mg / L, chroma basic removal; resin bed adsorption amount can reach 20.39mg / g penetration volume as 54BV. By contrast to the feasibility of the practical application of the two processes, determine the the sand filter -03 oxide-MBR / powder activated carbon (PAC) combined process of coal gasification wastewater advanced treatment and water supply branch clean water in a gasification plant The pools workshop the experimental scale 0.5m3 / h in a pilot. Continuous and stable operation of the system, the water quality in full compliance with the emission standards and reuse requirements. The combined process effluent corrosive experimental results show that compared with the factory currently circulating cooling water, after the Combined Process effluent to reduce both the natural corrosion rate of carbon steel and stainless steel, so the treatment process effluent meet the recycled water to supplement the water requirements.
