Abstract


Party Congress report the construction of ecological civilization , the region began in a different way to build an ecological civilization . As the birthplace of civilization , the city undoubtedly is a difficult and key ecological civilization . But currently only the introduction of the provincial index system of ecological civilization , ecological civilization city index system yet . Therefore , this paper aims to define the connotation of ecological civilization city by analyzing the connotation and characteristics of ecological civilization , to clear the city an important position in the construction of ecological civilization . And in accordance with the requirements and connotation of ecological civilization city to select representative indicators , in comparison with other relevant indicators system , to build a municipal ecological civilization city index system . The index system not only be able to complete a reasonable surface emerged in the proper meaning of the ecological province civilized city , horizontal comparison between different cities . In order to validate the science and practicality of the index system , we collected data for several cities , and rank them in the right weight and classification according to the index factor . Intuitive understanding of these ecological civilization construction status quo of the city , from the result of the comparison can be also confirmed the practicality of the index system .
