Abstract


Objective: to understand and grasp the central Gansu Province drinking water type of endemic fluorosis endemic water supply facilities to change the effect of water , found rural drinking water health issues as well as the related factors . Methods : The survey of drinking water type endemic fluorosis change of water facilities , according to the standard collection, testing water samples and hygienic evaluation ; user change of water facilities covering water, water supply, water treatment situation surrounding environment the issues of water safety and water demands within the survey . Result: the water like fluoride drinking water for the central arid region , Gansu Province endemic fluorosis change water facilities pass rate of 93.80% ( 85.71% of the centralized engineering , changed and Mito 92.94% , water cellars 99.43% ) ; water quality total pass rate of 24.26% ( 41.07% of the centralized engineering changed and Mito 28.23% , 11.49% water cellars ) , each sub results , the lowest pass rate of microbial indicators ( total coliforms from water samples hygiene evaluation 49.60% , 72.51% of the total number of bacteria ) ; centralized drinking water projects lower pass rate indicators are total coliforms ( 63.39% ) , fluoride ( 85.71% ) ; the water cellars qualified rate lower indicators are total coliforms ( 35.06% ) , heat-resistant coliform (42.18 % ) ; preliminary study of the major risk factors for excessive water supply facilities microorganisms around the intake point pollution, water ( water cellars , etc. ) Health Protection measures , poor health habits . Conclusion: the central arid Gansu Province drinking endemic fluorosis change water facilities basically meet the demand for water improvement to reduce fluoride , its main health issues is excessive microbial indicators ; wide range of large rural drinking water safety projects , the scale of a single project smaller , harder to carry drinking water hygiene control and management of water quality change of water facilities hygienic evaluation work ; further strengthen security on the protection of drinking water and health of rural residents has important theoretical and practical significance .
