Abstract


It is a quite urgent problem that the disposal of Municipal solid waste has become more and more generally both in the developing and developed countries. The development of citizen system for disposal of Municipal solid waste has already become the tendency in the world. Without the adoptive disposal formula at present, the tragedies of dealing with wastes in the city should be comprehensively considered and considerately carried out according to the most suitable development methods to the city, which includes developing environment、geography features、economic abilities. Besides, the local conditions of wastes are also under consideration, for instance, the total amount of wastes、ingredients of wastes、the level of disposal and the financial capability of the city. The relative economic backward and the shortage of technology power in the small and medium cities make the crisis much serious for a long time. Consequently, the research of the disposal of Municipal solid waste in the small and medium cities has its academic significance on a large scale.The thesis focuses on the analyses of methods of the disposal Municipal solid wastes, at the same time, introduces management experiences of developed countries; on the basis of this, profoundly investigates and analysis the present situations on the sort and collection of domestic waste in Yongdeng Country. It also mainly emphasizes the necessity and feasibility;points out the shortages of mixed collections of living wastes under the consideration of conditions on the domestic circumstances and city structure features、economic power、natural geography at the skirts of the city. Finally, the article ensures the tragedies of the disposal Municipal solid wastes should be changed gradually from "singular dominant landfill" into "dealt in categories、resources recycling、sanitary landfill dominant in technique, composting-assistant’ which should be the best harmless dealing formula for Municipal solid wastes, relatively adoptable for Yongdeng Country to date.
