Abstract

The Geobacteraceae iron reducing microorganisms prevalent in a variety of environmental pollution , but has yet to appear the the paddy soil PAHs Stress Geobacteraceae iron reducing microorganisms reported . This article studies using PCR-DGGE technique the rice rhizosphere micro domain of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) Stress Geobacteraceae iron reduction characteristics of the spatial and temporal variability of the microbial community structure , respectively, to explore the rhizosphere effect PAHs stress concentration and stress time on the Geobacteraceae iron reducing microorganisms populations . The results are as follows : (1) the first 30 days after rice transplanting the Geobacteraceae iron PAHs stress rhizosphere soil in the reduction of the number of microorganisms significantly greater than non- rhizosphere soil and biodiversity . 45 days after rice transplanting from the the Geobacteraceae iron in the soil root at different distances restore the microbial community structure did not differ significantly . ( 2 ) the first 30 days after rice transplanting , rice rhizosphere soil PAHs stress the Geobacteraceae iron in to restore the number of micro-organisms and biodiversity is significantly greater than did not add the rice rhizosphere soil PAHs . 45 days after transplanting of rice the different PAHs Add concentration Geobacteraceae community structure in rhizosphere soil impact . PAHs only add non - rhizosphere soil , add two different PAHs concentration of soil , its Geobacteraceae community structure differences . (3) PAHs of coercion and rice rhizosphere role of common Geobacter Branch Rail restore the role of microbial populations in the early rice transplanting after waning ; Add PAHs in non-rhizosphere soil , not added PAHs rice root rhizosphere , different sampling times the Geobacteraceae iron restore the microbial community structure was not significantly different . This study speculated that the Geobacteraceae iron reduction PAHs stress rhizosphere soil microbes may have potential of PAHs degradation . ( 4 ) Add the rice rhizosphere soil PAHs , and promote the growth of Geobacteraceae iron reducing microorganisms : strip 16,19,23,26 , especially bands 16 . The strip 16 and the strip 23 with the degree of similarity of the Geobacter uraniireducens Rf4 was 96%, 98% and 95% of the strips 19 and 26 and Geobacer bremensis strain Dfrl the similarity respectively .
