Abstract


Starting from the environmental standards for international trade , for today's environmental problems faced by the country , combined with the new green trade barriers in international trade , and the development of technologies and means of learning foreign advanced legislation from the ideology of reform legislation , actively participate in international environmental standards and to strengthen construction of environmental standards and regulations to improve the level of environmental standards in China to develop and perfect the system of environmental standards aspects of a more detailed study , I hope this paper can play a valuable role for the construction of China 's environmental Protection .
