Abstract


Seventeenth Party Congress solemnly construction of ecological civilization , emphasizing \trend of deepening understanding . An unprecedented but very arduous historical task , some people advocate the Western developed countries learn from the economic development experience and environmental technology , laws and regulations in the construction of ecological civilization in China , some people think , to go with Chinese socialist ecological civilization construction of roads . This paper attempts to draw a reasonable idea of the eco- socialist theory , the use of it proposed to overcome the ecological crisis , governance environmental countermeasures , and the macro level of the social system , to explore the country in terms of economic , political , cultural and social life and international strategic ecological civilization.
