Abstract


Propulsion diesel engine as a driving force, is one of the core equipment of the vessel, the stand or fall of its running state will directly affect the normal navigation of the ship. According to civil ship, in many perils of the sea the cause of the accident, caused by mechanical failure ranked first (22%), mechanical failure in ship diesel engine failure accounted for 45%. For timely found signs of ship diesel engine failure and malfunction in time, prevent major accidents, need to run on diesel engine condition monitoring and diagnosis technology research, development and application. Taking 16 pa6 ship diesel engine as an object, the use of virtual instrument labview language, C Builder, SQL server database and the methods of expert system programming language, the key operation parameters on ship diesel engine for precise measurement, and the measurement data collection, analysis, display, conversion, alarm, storage and transmission, so as to realize the right of ship diesel engine running status monitoring; Through the development of the diesel engine fault diagnosis module, the realization of the important components of ship diesel engine fault accurate diagnosis; Finally through the simulation test and capacity test, verify the effectiveness of the system.
