Abstract


As the first foreign-funded enterprise in Coding identify industry in China, MI Company occupied half of the domestic market by relying on quality products and leading technology. Today, a large number of key account of MI Company are grabbed by competitors as they are taking a flexible marketing strategies and providing big variety of products, so, MI company’s market share is gradually declined. The advantage of the technology-oriented operating philosophy of MI Company faced a great challenge. MI companies have realized that a good product alone has been insufficient to have a differentiated competitive advantage.Based on the special nature of the industry and the actual difficulties MI company faces, this paper analyzed the current situation of MI Company according to the theory of customer relationship management, and found that lag and rigidity of MI company’s customer relationship management is an important reason which caused loss of customers and the declining of the market share. Then the paper proposed to innovate and improve the mode of old MI Company’s customer relationship management and adopt enterprise resource management (ERP) system and customer relationship management (CRM) system and to establish Call Center, so as to provide customers with different levels of service and increase customer satisfaction and make strong protection to achieve steady growth of MI Company.Combining theory with actual practice and situation of MI company, this paper discussed the feasibility of implementing ERP and CRM system in the domestic market environment through innovative design of MI Company customer relationship mode and more investment on human and financial resources, and this paper also analyzed the problems in the implementation of ERP, and CRM systems, hoping to provide MI company and other similar companies reference
