Abstract

Objective: To explore the for recurrent ovarian cancer patients with tumor cells again destroyed cataract surgery by reducing its meaning surial analysis of relevant factors. Methods: Through systematical review 55 patients relapse ovarian cancer after initial treatment (namely after primary surgical treatment includes all the uterus, double accessories resection, omental and appendix removed etc, postoperative through formal plenty of chemotherapy after recurrence reduced again destroyed tumor cells to accept the intraoperative and chemotherapy, according to the number of recurrent lesions single when group and post has no ascites grouping, recurrence, ok again destroyed of surgery is reduced tumor cells achieved a satisfactory tumor cells (satisfaction intraoperative reduced destroy the tumor cells into intraoperative reduced postoperative residual tumor that destroyed more than 2 cm) packet, postoperative chemotherapy treatment > 5 times and times more than five times and after first group after treatment disease-free surial (DFI interval with - free, the length of the DFI) > 12 months and that more than 12 months DFI grouping, carries on the comparison of the length of the median surial period. Results: Patients with recurrent ovarian tumor cells again reduced destroy surgery including 21 patients achieve satisfactory reduce tumor state (that is, postoperative residual tumor more than 2 centimeters) in diameter, DFI (disease-free interval) have more than December 17 cases, patients who underwent the average accepted 5.2 times chemotherapy (2~10) times, chemotherapy way adopts venous chemotherapy, including chemotherapy regimens application paclitaxel plus carboplatin 15 cases of patients with different cyclophosphamide for cisplatin, the joint in 1, 1 case, VP16 ADM joint vision los platinum 1 joint cyclophosphamide for example, topology in 2 cases, VAP Cornwall 1 case. Statistical methods using SPSS 13.0 X2 inspection methods of residual tumor size, chemotherapy treatment has no recurrence of frequency, the length of time DFI ascites, when the number of recurrent lesions, with surial length relationship. Results showed that after a satisfactory tumor cells to reduce the recurrence of ovarian cancer patients out of intraoperative median surial was significantly higher than 54.3 months, larger residual tumor patient 19.9 months (X2 = 27.5, P < 0.05). Recurrence of the survival has ascites is shorter than those without ascites ( both for a median surial of 14.6 months respectively with 24.5 (X2 = 39.6, P < 0.05). Venous chemotherapy treatment is greater than 5 times more times longer period of survival, 33.2 month for median surial period, less than five times for 14.7 months (X2 = 10.509, P < 0.05). DFI > December the survival period than DFI acuities 49.4 month of December significantly prolongs the on weaker. Single person surial relapse lesions than when multiple lesions obviously the recurrence, including median surial period 58.7 months respectively and 18.7 months (X2 = 27.5, P < 0.05).Conclusion: The results show that the success of tumor cells do again and postoperative combined intraoperative reduced destroy positive effective more cycles of chemotherapy is may prolong patient surial recurrence, and the effective way of survival in patients with recurrent period and when the number of tome, recurrence lesions without ascites and DFI (disease-free interal) related, on this issue deserves further study.
